Association Welcome

Board Meetings are scheduled every third Tuesday at the West Oaks Library.  Everyone is welcome to come.

If you have any concerns that should be addressed by the board, please contact Sutherland Management one week prior to the board meeting so that it can be added to the agenda.

Minutes of the board meetings are available at Sutherland Management.  If you would like a copy, just contact Sutherland Management at (407) 774-7262 ext. 101 and let them know.  Please keep in mind that Sutherland Management charges for copies and postage.  If you have a fax machine, ask them to fax the minutes to you.

 

Neiqhborhood Watch Notes

The Winter Garden Police are in full force to get kids to wear helmets while riding their bikes.  There have been a lot of kids that have gotten tickets for not wearing their helmets.

This past week there was a van stolen from in front of a family’s home on Woodson Hammock Circle. This happened between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M.  Please make sure you lock your car doors and if you are out in the neighborhood and see something that you feel is not right make a call to the Winter Garden police Non-Emergency number is:  407-656-3636.  Extension 2221 is Dispatch.
If you notice any suspicious cars or people in our community please make the call to the non-emergency number.  It will take all of us being aware and willing to step up and call to fight crime in our neighborhood.
